We are an elder-led, deacon-served, congregational church. Which is another way of saying that we have a particular leadership structure and style. We have labored to base our structures on the models and instructions given in the pages of the New Testament.
Pastors & Elders
These are men who give themselves to shepherd the flock of God through the Word and Prayer. At First Boynton, you will notice that we have some elders that pursue this ministry as vocation, we refer to them as “Pastors.” We have two vocational/pastoral elders:
